As soap formulas can vary, we recommend customers do their own small test batch to ensure the fragrance performs well in their own formula.

Smells amazing, but accelerates in CP

OK, I know they say this is mistletoe. But in CP soap it smells like a fresh crisp apple on a cold day. Unbelievable how amazing it smells. I do have to say though that it really accelerated my batch. I soap at room temp and hand stirred it in and I still barely got it into the mold. I wish it didn't smell so good because its not great to work with. 10/10 on scent. 4/10 for speeding up trace. No discoloration so far.

Pleasantly surprised!

I bought this scent (even though I read the reviews about acceleration) because it smelled so nice! A real Christmas scent. I soaped very cool (85 degrees) and added the scent as the last thing and hand stirred. No real acceleration - I was able to pour the batter into the individual molds (I used two colours and did an in-the-pot-swirl). It was only a small batch (18 ounces of oil). I would definitely use this again!

Green apple....

Is exactly what it smells like. Granny Smith apple. Smelled better in the bottle.

It was easy to work with. Soaped cool and a high water reduction. Added FO as needed... multiple layers. Great for layer soaps. Sets up very quickly. Not sure I'd attempt to scent my whole batch and try swirls.

Unsure of discoloration.. used dark bold colors... and a lot of TD in a white portion.

Great in Candles

I have only used this scent in soy candles but it works great! I sell out at Christmas bazaars and just had a customer ask if I had some left. I need to think of an alternate name so I can sell it all year round. I don't colour the wax for this one so it is simple and I find the scent throw to be good, I use 10%.

Great smell... accelerates

Love this scent... its kinda sweet smelling... used in CP and HP. CP it accelerated trace but luckly i made the soap at a low temperature so it wasnt soo bad... in HP it worked really well suprisingly...i would recommend HP over CP. No color change...
