This is a great conditioning base on its own - all you need to add is fragrance or color, if desired!

When adding a fragrance or essential oil to your conditioner, we recommend starting very small - using only about .5% to 1% maximum - and note that it may change the viscosity of your conditioner.

This conditioner base mixes well with fragrances or essential oils, plant oils, humectants and emollients for a deeply moisturising conditioner. It is super detangling and super moisturizing. Leaves my hair, soft, shine and healthy-looking. One of the best conditioner base I have ever used and will continue using. Thanks Voyageur.

Fabulous product!

My hair has become finer and dryer as I get older, and since I am always happy with Voyageur products, I decided to give the shampoo, and conditioner a try. After using for just about a month, my hair is shiny and manageable, and has more volume. It leaves my hair feeling clean and soft, with no heavy residue. This is the best conditioner I have ever used. I love it!

Excellent conditioner

I am scent sensitive, and have curly hair. Other hair conditioners I’ve tried either leaves hair too dry, too weighted down, or is too strong scented.
I instantly loved this product. It is easy to apply, made detangling a breeze, and kept curls feeling bouncy and soft. It maintained its consistency with the addition of some essential oils, without any additional scents it had almost no smell, just a very faint clinical scent (easily masked with a little fragrance). This will certainly be a household staple from here on out!

A keeper!

Very impressed with this conditioner base! Love when results on products are exactly as advertised! I use this as a beard conditioner. Gentle and silky smooth. Accepts EO's very well. Great job!

2019 UPDATE... Still the best conditioner

I've been using this base over 5 years. The only issue I find is, I love the base so much that 1 litre is never enough. Then I started buying 2 bottles of the 4 litre and still it seems it's never enough. Its super detangling, softening and hydrating properties make it an excellent choice for curly, coily, kinky and Afro-textured hair types. Hope VG continue selling this base for a long time to come.
