Hibiscus Liquid Extract is a blend of Hibiscus Extract and Propanediol. One of the most effective natural skin care extracts, it is obtained from the botanical, Hibuscus Syriacus Linn, and imparts its intense moisturizing properties to hydrate and soften the skin. When used in concentrations of 1% to 3% in skin care and cosmetic formulations it will help to leave the skin feeling luxuriously silky, and boost its natural brilliance. Hibiscus extract is also naturally rich in antioxidants and alpha-hydroxy acids, helping to smooth, balance, and brighten the complexion while improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
