Behaviour in Cold Process Soap:

  • Consistency Change: None
  • Colour Change: Turns uncoloured soap a medium to dark brown
  • Additional Notes: In Cold Process Soap we recommend using fragrances at a lower soap making temperature, approximately 110°F, and adding the fragrance at a light trace. We test our fragrance oils using a soap formula that does not trace quickly at a soap making temperature of 110°F. As soap formulas can vary, we recommend customers do their own small test batch to ensure the fragrance performs well in their own formula.

Smells great, but discolours soap

I absolutely love the smell of this fragrance oil. I didn't check the reviews or the technical info so i did not realize that it contained vanillin. So unfortunately, my pretty cotton candy themed pastel batch is going to eventually turn brown. It has started already so I hope I can still sell it. Just keep that in mind while planning designs

Could be a bit stronger

At first unfolding my soap had a very faint to almost no scent, but as the bars sat the color changed to a dark brown and the scent became much more noticeable and pleasant. I wished I had used a bit more FO but I'm still happy with the end result.

Bath Bomb Delight!

Big seller for us in Bombs. Did not discolor in time. Kids gravitate to this scent with pink & light blue color. One of our staple scents!

Smells so good!

This scent is so yummy but it did eventually then my pink clear bar to a dark brown purple after a couple months in a MP soap. You definitely need a vanilla stabilizer if you’ll be doing a light colour with this fragrance!

Could be stronger but nice

Could be a bit stronger in scent, i had to use a lot more in my soap and body products..but it smells nice, like a cotton candy milkshake when i used it with my white MP..
Gives me a déjà-vu of childhood.
