Amyris Essential Oil
EO-AMRYS-5ML
1 review
Amyris Essential Oil, or West Indian Sandalwood, is extracted by steam distillation from the fallen wood and branches of the tree. Amyris Oil has a gentle, musky, faintly woody aroma that makes it a popular extension for Sandalwood Essential Oil, and is used in a variety of products including aromatherapy, perfumery, soap and other fine toiletries.
- Directions: Add a few drops to a diffuser for a calming atmosphere. For topical use, dilute with a carrier oil before applying to the skin.
- Blends Well With: Amyris Essential Oil blends well with Lavandin, Citronella, Cedarwood, Jasmine, Rose, and other wood oils.
- Precautions: Essential Oils are concentrated essences from plants and should always be diluted before application to the skin to avoid irritation. We do not promote or encourage the use of essential oils internally, but instead promote their usage more for their aromatic and topical benefits. Always ensure that you are aware of the contraindications of the oils that you are using and consult with your doctor or a certified aromatherapist if you have health concerns or questions.
