The Round Lip Balm Tube Filling Tray with Scraper is the easiest and most efficient means of filling your lip balm tubes. Made from injection molded HDPE, these trays are durable and easy to use. You will also get our Lip Balm Tray Scraper for cleaning.

How to Use:- Invert the filling tray and inset the lip balm tubes gently into the openings.- Turn the tray back over and allow it to stand on the base of the lip balm tubes.- Begin pouring the lip balm base into the tubes and upon completion leave it to sit at room temperature until it solidifies.- Use our Lip Balm Tray Scraper or a different sterile spatula or similar item to remove excess lip balm base which can be later remelted and reused.- Invert the filling tray and remove the lip balm tubes which can now be capped and labelled.
