  • Additional Notes: In Cold Process Soap we recommend using fragrances at a lower soap making temperature, approximately 110°F, and adding the fragrance at a light trace. We test our fragrance oils using a soap formula that does not trace quickly at a soap making temperature of 110°F. As soap formulas can vary, we recommend customers do their own small test batch to ensure the fragrance performs well in their own formula.

It's not as strong as I'd hope

Oob it smells great, afterwards on my scet card it's faded almost completely . Now I'm worried about using it in my candles

Awesome fragrance, will add to my winter collection!

This is an awesome fragrance. It smells like one of those darker gingerbread doughs, which have a lot more spices and molasses in them. The spices are balanced and there isn’t an overwhelming clove smell, although clove I would say is the boldest scent in this fragrance.

It behaved very well in my soap! No acceleration. I couldn’t tell if it discoloured since my soap was already brown, but no shade change or anything like that.

"smells so good" said my 8 year old

I think this soap smells just like gingerbread with hints of cinnamon. It behaved well in my cp soap recipe and i mixed at just under 100 degrees. The fragrance does turn the soap a light yellow color so it lightened up my brown quite a bit and turned my white a pale yellow so I would note that when adding color and perhaps plan to make it slightly darker because of this. Trace wasn't accelerated at all and it started to harden up nicely in the mold within 5 mins so i could do some easy spoon decoration on top. My son "loves" the smell and says its one of his favorites (which I was really surprised to hear because almost every scent I use, he says yuk LOL) So I guess its a keeper, especially for Xmas! :)
