Aniseed Essential Oil
EO-ANSEED-5ML
Our Aniseed Essential Oil is cultivated in India. Aniseed is an annual herb, less than a meter tall with delicate leaves and white flowers. The essential oil is extracted via steam distillation from the seeds. Aniseed Oil has a warm, spicy-sweet, liquorice-like aroma and works well as a masking agent. It is used in a variety of products including aromatherapy, perfumery, soap and other fine toiletries.
- Common Uses: Aniseed Essential Oil is commonly used in aromatherapy and perfumery.
- Directions: For aromatic use, add a few drops to a diffuser to enjoy its warm and spicy aroma. For topical application, dilute with a carrier oil to avoid skin irritation.
- Blends Well With: Aniseed Essential Oil blends well with Bay, Coriander, Dill, Fennel, Mandarin, Petitgrain, and Rosewood.
- Precautions: Essential Oils are concentrated essences from plants, and should always be diluted before application to the skin to avoid irritation. We do not promote or encourage the use of Essential Oils internally but more for their aromatic and topical benefits. Ensure that you are aware of the contraindications of the oils that you are using and consult with your doctor or a certified aromatherapist if you have health concerns or questions.
