Lovely and silky

This made quite a lovely bar! I love how silky and slippy it is. The creamy lather is moisturizing, but I’m disappointed to see further details here that there is canola oil in it. Had I known that I would not have purchased it. I saw on it advertised as, coconut oil, olive oil, and sweet almond oil.

Worked Well

This was my first try making cold process soap and the kit made it really easy to know that everything was going to work. The finished soap is really nice. I didn't add any fragrance and just a swirl of blue. It made quite a lot of soap (I need to get a second mold) and the bars last well when in use. My husband commented after his shower today that when he got some in his mouth it doesn't taste as bad as soap usually does. I'm not sure if this is because of the lack of a fragrance oil or just because of the particular combination of oils in the soap but it's a nice bonus.
